- Manoj is a copy based Creative Director, who brings over 15 years of experience in agencies such as Publicis Groupe-Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, TBWA, JWT, Holmes Pollard & Stott with a background in Sociology, Philosophy, Communication, Psychology, and Film. Manoj has gained a unique perspective on brand building and creative effectiveness and is always in pursuit of real, local insights. Manoj’s strategy-led approach to creative has yielded impressive results for multinational brands such as Unilever, Nestle, P&G, MeadJhonson, Dulux, Burger King, HSBC, ITC, ABBOT, Dialog Axiata, and much-loved local brands such as Sri Lanka Eye Donation Society, Sri Lanka Cricket, Mawbima Newspaper, Wijaya Newspapers, Prima, Sri Lanka Telecom, SriLankan Airlines, Crysbro, DSI, Commercial Bank, Maliban and DFCC Bank. Manoj has represented Sri Lanka as a judge in various industry award shows, most recently Ad Stars. He has significantly impacted the industry, contributing to winning Sri Lanka’s very first metals in international award festivals such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, LIA, D&AD, Ad Fest, Abby Awards, Effie Awards, and Cresta.
